Hello, I'm Stévin J. (Lysong Sun).

I'm a banking and finance professional with more than 13 years of experience in banking operations, credit analysis, mortgage financing, accounting, and business relationship management in Cambodia. I currently serve as Deputy Branch Manager at Phnom Penh Commercial Bank PLC, where I oversee banking operations, loan portfolio management, business analysis, mortgage financing, and credit risk assessment.

I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Cambodian University for Specialties and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Vanda Institute of Accounting, along with extensive professional training in corporate finance, international finance, investment and portfolio analysis, strategic management, banking systems, IFRS, IFRS for SMEs, and US GAAP — as well as responsible lending, SME assessment, the Business Model Canvas, SME lending, and the application of sustainable finance taxonomy in Cambodia's banking sector.

Throughout my career, I've held key positions at several leading financial institutions, including Phnom Penh Commercial Bank, Maybank Cambodia, RHB Bank Cambodia, and Cambodian Public Bank. My expertise spans credit evaluation, financial analysis, mortgage lending, portfolio management, risk assessment, accounting management, and branch business development.

Alongside my banking career, I've been a dedicated Financial and Accounting Lecturer at the Cambodian University for Specialties and the University of South-East Asia since 2019, teaching accounting, finance, QuickBooks, and IFRS-related subjects to help develop the next generation of finance professionals.
